CENTER ADMINISTRATOR

*  Maintain a permanent residence at the Matthew 25 Center at Tabor City, NC

*  Applicant must agree with the Matthew 25 Statement of Faith

*  Process applications for the approved visitations at local corrections institutions

*  Confirm with local facilities and process lodging requests 24 hours prior to a visit

*  Maintain records for the visits and perform clerical duties as needed

*  Provide accurate reporting to the Matthew 25 Board of Directors

*  Possess ability to discern the need to call for reinforcements should the need arise

*  Fulfill all requirements as deemed necessary by the Matthew 25 Board of Directors

*  Communicate Matthew 25 informative letter to prison officials to notify families living 50  miles or more away of lodging at the center

*  Maintain website for Matthew 25 Center at Tabor City, NC

*  Supervise approved guest(s) according to house rules

*  Possess a spirit of caring and empathy for those visiting

*  Respond to requests for prayer and other spiritual needs

*  Possess a readiness to share the Gospel and Jesus Christ as the opportunity arises

*  Share literature as needed

*  Plan visits to churches, clubs and organizations to solicit support and partnerships

*  Explore grant options and make application to all applicable

*  Participate in local town events to market Matthew 25 (Chamber Banquets, Festivals, Fair)

*  Maintain order and cleanliness of the facility as well as kitchen supplies and equipment

*  Prepare rooms for overnight lodging and process linens for reuse

*  Maintain order and treatment of facility to prevent abuse

*  Order and provide materials appropriate for the hospitality ministry

*  Schedule the use of the facility to support the Matthew 25 Center Mission

*  Order and purchase supplies within approved budget confines
